AmCham Macau governing body is the Board of Governors which is comprised of 17 members elected on two year basis. From within the Board of Governors 6 officers are elected to serve a two-year term.

The Supervisory Committee is comprised of members of the Chamber and is appointed by the Board of Governors for an unspecified period. The supervisory committee is comprised of a minimum of three persons.
