Special Membership shall mean membership of any individual person so elected by the Board of Governors, who shall be subject to a discounted membership fee structure as determined by the Board of Governors. Special Membership may be cancelled at any time in the sole discretion of the Board of Governors by resolution.
No Voting Rights
Additional Corporate Members, Non-Resident Memberships, Special Memberships and Honorary Memberships shall have no voting rights.
