Individual Membership shall mean membership of any United States citizen or permanent resident over the age of eighteen or any Macau resident over the age of eighteen, who in the opinion of the Membership Committee is engaged in business activities in Macau that are consistent with the objectives of the Chamber.
Voting Rights
An “Individual Membership” held by a U.S. citizen or U.S. permanent resident shall have the power to exercise one (1) vote at any meeting of the Chamber.
No voting rights: Individual Memberships not otherwise qualified condition specified above shall have no voting rights.
