Michelle is the CEO and Developmental Licensee of McDonald’s in Macau, Zhuhai & Zhongshan, China, and has been in this role since 2013, after her father John retired. The company portfolio currently consists of 114 restaurants, with over 6,000 employees and they just celebrated their 35th and 25th anniversaries in Macau and China respectively.
Michelle supports various philanthropic organizations in Macau, as well as One Sky and the Ronald McDonald House Charities in Hong Kong as a board member. She loves to travel, cook and dote on her husband Marc and their puppies Billie & Taylor. She also serves on the executive committee of Young Presidents Organization – Pan Asia Chapter.
